Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of professional experience in software development
- At least 5 years of direct experience in leading and mentoring development teams
- Exceptional candidates with 8+ years of total development experience in informal leadership roles may apply as Senior Full Stack Developers with potential for promotion to Lead role
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft C# development stack, including ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and TSQL
- Proficiency in modern front-end technologies such as Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and advanced HTML/CSS
- Proven ability to manage project timelines and establish technical standards for teams
- Strong comprehension of object-oriented design, N-tier architecture, and enterprise application integration
- Previous experience with ERP systems, particularly JD Edwards is preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical authority and lead developer, contributing across all application layers and maintaining high code quality
- Design and create responsive user interfaces utilizing Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and HTML
- Develop intricate server-side logic with C#, including API endpoints and MVC controllers
- Maintain and enhance the Business Logic Layer (BLL) and Data Access Layer (DAL) utilizing Entity Framework
- Optimize data interactions using Microsoft TSQL across various SQL databases
- Collaborate on application features with graphical components using web technologies like Canvas
- Integrate application data with ERP systems and JD Edwards via C# middleware and backend services
- Define architectural standards and uphold development best practices within the team
- Lead a team of developers and QA specialists, managing performance evaluations and fostering career development
- Ensure alignment of project deadlines with business priorities and lead Agile (Scrumban) processes
- Act as a technical intermediary with cross-functional teams, converting business requirements into technical specifications
- Ensure effective utilization of tools such as Visual Studio, VS Code, and Git for development and version control
