- Demonstrated capability to navigate and influence within a large, matrixed organization at senior levels, ensuring alignment across competing priorities.
- Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Passion for Disney storytelling, immersive entertainment, and innovation within both digital and physical realms.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Familiarity with gaming, interactive media, or interconnected ecosystem products (e.g., identity systems, digital rewards, data-driven engagement).
- Experience with park operations, guest experience technology, or cross-platform entertainment initiatives.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Smartsheet, Miro).
- A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required; an MBA or advanced technical degree is preferred.

Responsibilities
- I will drive alignment on product vision, creating a cohesive strategy and execution plan across multiple teams to ensure integrated consumer journeys between Epic Games and The Walt Disney Company (TWDC).
- I will translate overarching creative and business objectives into seamless user experiences that maintain a unified brand presence across various platforms and business units.
- Collaborating with executives, product managers, engineers, and game designers is essential to synchronize roadmaps, define dependencies, and ensure smooth integration across systems and content.
- I will lead strategic development with technical teams to identify system dependencies, data flows, and integration points, all while assessing technical implications for long-term product planning.
- It is my responsibility to define technical and operational requirements, project managing deliverables to align with business goals and guest experiences across complex, multi-team programs.
- I will serve as the key liaison between TWDC divisions, Epic Games, and internal stakeholders, showcasing milestones, risks, and decision-making points.
- By establishing KPIs and success metrics based on analytics and consumer insights, I will monitor performance and refine strategies to enhance guest engagement.
- I will leverage my understanding of emerging technologies and consumer behavior to inform future product roadmaps and cross-platform experience strategies, advising senior leadership on market trends.
