Requirements

Must:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing console, PC, mobile games, or other forms of digital interactive entertainment; significant modding work is also acceptable. - Hands-on experience with UEFN, including building custom devices with Verse; strong capability in maximizing UEFNs potential is preferred. - Comprehensive understanding of Fortnite, including various items and devices available for user-generated content (UGC); stays updated on trends from the creator community. - Solid grasp of computer science principles relevant to modern game programming, including data structures; proficiency in 3D Vector Math and its application in game development. - A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- Utilize your expertise to implement various interactive games and experiences within the UEFN ecosystem, leveraging Disneys diverse portfolio of characters and universes, including Disney/Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars. - Actively participate in the development process by writing Verse code and collaborating with design, production, and art teams to meet project goals. - Support designers throughout the game construction process, finding innovative solutions to challenges while maintaining a positive attitude. - Collaborate closely with engineering team members to uphold high standards of implementation quality, advocating for both stability and adaptability. - Promote Disney and team values, maintaining a player-first approach to enhance the user experience. - Be a pivotal part of our expanding game development team at Disney.
