Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
- Over 7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
- More than 3 years of hands-on expertise with Salesforce Core
- Extensive experience in crafting SQL queries for data analysis and verification
- Strong grasp of system integrations and data flows
- IIBA certification (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience in complex enterprise settings, preferably in healthcare
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in supporting Customer Care or CRM transformation initiatives is an asset
- Familiarity with AI technologies is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, including workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs
- Convert business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Salesforce Core solutions
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure precise solution delivery
- Support enhancements to Customer Care processes through Salesforce improvements and system optimization
- Analyze and document current and future-state business processes
- Conduct data analysis and verification using SQL queries as necessary
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and solution approval
- Ensure solutions comply with healthcare regulatory and compliance standards
- Provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle
