Salesforce ETL Developer

- Design, develop, and sustain ETL processes targeting Salesforce and enterprise data migration projects - Execute complete development lifecycle activities, which include - Analyze and comprehend Salesforce data models, external data sources, and target systems to establish efficient data migration and integration strategies - Create and enhance Salesforce-centric data migration solutions from the ground up or upgrade existing frameworks - Construct, schedule, and manage ETL pipelines that support Salesforce Health Cloud and related platforms - Develop transformations utilizing SOQL and PL SQL to meet complex business logic and data quality regulations - Design, write, test, and troubleshoot ETL solutions per established standards and engage in peer code evaluations - Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and scalability - Assist in deploying and promoting ETL processes across development, testing, and production environments - Document data mappings, ETL workflows, integration methods, and migration solutions - Actively offer status reports that include completed tasks, remaining effort estimates, and any risks affecting timelines - Collaborate with architects, business analysts, Salesforce administrators, DBAs, and external partners as needed to address data and integration challenges - Participate in evaluating and adopting new data integration, ETL, and Salesforce-related technologies
