Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar technical capacity
- Extensive hands-on expertise with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Experience in technology initiatives within the pharmaceutical or drug manufacturing sectors
- Comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations and complex purchasing environments
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification is preferred
- Proficient in advanced Salesforce development techniques (Apex, LWC, integrations, automation)
- Practical experience with Data Cloud (Data 360), including data modeling and activation
- Proven success in developing Agentforce agentic AI workflows
- Strong grasp of enterprise data architecture and preparation for AI-ready datasets
- Experience with integrating Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools such as Conga
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and achieve significant outcomes
- Inherent curiosity and creativity in leveraging data, AI, and automation
- Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein is an asset
Responsibilities
- Act as the lead Salesforce Developer for Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud (Data 360)
- Design and develop Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and platform automations
- Create and enhance Agentforce agentic AI workflows to automate intricate business processes
- Implement data ingestion, modeling, harmonization, and activation to establish AI-ready datasets
- Integrate Salesforce with CLM platforms (like Conga) and other enterprise solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert requirements into impactful, scalable solutions
- Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and data integrity
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and troubleshoot issues
- Manage and prioritize development tasks using Jira in an Agile setting
- Facilitate adoption through effective change management and technical leadership
