Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline (Masters degree preferred)
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power BI, Data Engineering (e.g., Microsoft DP-203), AI/ML (e.g., Azure AI), or ITIL
- 8–10 years of experience in data management, business intelligence, or vendor analytics with a strong focus on:
- Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power Query, Data Flows
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, APIs, SQL, and data modeling
- Familiarity with AI and automation techniques such as predictive analytics and anomaly detection
- Experience utilizing vendor management tools such as ServiceNow, Workday, Fieldglass, Salesforce/GovernX, and SharePoint
- Strong ability to interpret business requirements and deliver AI-driven data solutions

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-enhanced dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks for IT vendor management
- Lead initiatives in data governance to ensure the accuracy and compliance of vendor-related data, including contracts, finances, and performance, across platforms like ServiceNow, Workday, Fieldglass, Salesforce/GovernX, and SharePoint
- Automate data workflows with Power Query, Data Flows, APIs, and ELT transformations to improve reporting efficiency
- Collaborate with IT, Procurement, and Finance departments to align vendor analytics with business goals
- Implement AI/ML techniques for anomaly detection and predictive analytics to gain insights into vendor risks and performance
- Document data processes, mappings, and automation logic to facilitate scalability
- Proactively communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders
- Assess and integrate new AI and automation tools (e.g., Copilot, Microsoft Fabric) to refine data operations
Description
We are a healthcare industry leader seeking an IT Vendor Management Data Analyst for a 6-month hybrid contract, with work conducted two days a week in Mississauga, Ontario. We offer a competitive pay rate of $65.00 per hour and a casual dress code.
