DevOps Engineer

- Take ownership of the overall DevOps vision, strategy, and roadmap for the organization. - Develop and implement best practices for CI/CD, infrastructure management, cloud architecture, and security. - Assess and manage DevOps tools and services to ensure long-term scalability. - Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for microservices, mobile, and web applications. - Establish deployment standards, branching strategies, and integrate automated testing across teams. - Architect, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure utilizing Terraform and HCL. - Oversee Azure governance, including subscription management, network architecture, and cost optimization. - Implement secure and scalable solutions for AKS, container registries, and serverless components. - Maintain Docker image standards, build pipelines, and container security practices. - Oversee Kubernetes deployments and cluster configurations on AKS. - Execute security best practices, including SAST/DAST, and manage secrets and identity policies. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including infrastructure diagrams and operational procedures. - Set up and manage monitoring systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Monitor. - Automate operational workflows with languages such as Bash or Python. - Directly address production incidents and conduct root cause analyses for improvement. - Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate DevOps practices throughout the SDLC. - Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to boost efficiency and standardization. - Provide articulate reports on priorities, production health, and ongoing initiatives.
