CRM Data Migration PL/SQL Developer

- Create, develop, and sustain ETL processes to facilitate CRM data migrations and enterprise integrations - Execute tasks throughout the complete development life cycle, including - Analyze and comprehend CRM data models, source systems, and target platforms to devise effective migration and integration plans - Design and construct CRM-focused data migration solutions from the ground up or enhance existing ETL frameworks - Assemble, schedule, and manage ETL pipelines for Salesforce Health Cloud and other CRM-related platforms - Produce data transformations using SOQL and PL SQL to apply intricate business logic and uphold data quality rules - Design, code, test, and troubleshoot ETL solutions in line with established standards, and take part in peer code assessments - Conduct unit, integration, and performance tests to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and scalability - Assist in deploying and promoting ETL procedures across development, testing, and production settings - Document data mappings, ETL workflows, integration processes, and migration strategies - Actively provide status updates, including completed tasks, remaining efforts, and potential risks impacting timelines - Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, CRM administrators, database administrators, and external stakeholders to tackle data and integration issues - Engage in the assessment and integration of new data management, ETL, CRM, and analytics technologies
