Requirements
Must:
- University degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role supporting enterprise technology platforms
- Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow in business analysis, configuration, or administrative roles
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow functionalities, platform structure, and IT Service Management processes
- Experience with ITSM modules and familiarity with additional modules like Facilities or Human Resources is a plus
- Capability to execute minor ServiceNow configurations and administrative tasks independently
- Exceptional communication skills to engage and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient in translating business requirements into user stories and collaborating with development teams in an agile setting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple business-as-usual requests simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable working autonomously while also contributing as a part of a cross-functional team
- Certification as a Business Analyst Professional or equivalent is advantageous
- ServiceNow Administrator or relevant certification is a strong plus, although not mandatory
- Previous experience focused on technical or configuration tasks preferred over purely documentation-based roles
- Familiarity with ServiceNow native reporting and dashboards is preferred
- Experience with analytics tools like Power BI, Anaplan, or similar is a benefit
- Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Interact with business stakeholders to comprehend operational needs, objectives, and challenges
- Collect, analyze, and document both functional and non-functional requirements, converting them into clear user stories and solution specifications
- Assist with daily business analysis tasks including intake, refinement, and prioritization of ongoing requests
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and vendor partners to ensure requirements are understood and align with business goals
- Conduct minor hands-on configurations and administration tasks within ServiceNow, such as adding or modifying fields and workflows
- Facilitate system demonstrations, post-launch communications, and operational readiness activities
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continual improvement within ServiceNow processes
- Aid with basic system administration activities, including troubleshooting, validation, and configuration testing
- Support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems like Workday, Azure, and SailPoint as needed
- Analyze and implement minor changes related to reporting, security roles, and workflows in ServiceNow
- Contribute to planning and estimation efforts by providing insights on business analysis workloads
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing activities as required, including coordination and execution
- Maintain documentation for current and future process states and platform modifications
- Contribute to the continual effectiveness and maturity of the Technology Services delivery team
- Perform additional assignments as required

This position is a 12-month contract, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week.
