Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. - Minimum of two years of experience in a technical support role, focusing on support and configuration. - Familiarity with various peripherals, including interactive LCD/LED boards, projectors, and smart displays. - Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 & 11, M365, iPad OS, and Apple OS 10.15 or newer. - Experience utilizing remote support tools and service desk software. - Strong oral and written communication abilities. - Capability to perform under pressure while delivering exceptional customer service. - Self-motivated and a team-oriented individual. - Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. - Competence in interviewing end-users to identify system requirements and simplifying technical concepts for users at all levels. - Experience in K-12 educational settings and a demonstrated sense of positive business acumen is an advantage.

Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive help desk support to over 3,500 end users. - Manage computer setup, desktop software installation, upgrades, and maintenance. - Perform imaging and troubleshooting of devices, including local and network printer installation. - Assist network engineers, analysts, and IT security personnel with project implementations. - Collaborate across all diocesan offices to ensure effective technology support. - Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to educational, mobile, and cloud computing. - Specify, order, receive, and label computer assets. - Set up, test, and operate various AV equipment including microphones, speakers, projectors, screens, cameras, and lighting during live events while quickly diagnosing and resolving technical issues.

We are the Diocese of Greensburg, serving the administrative offices of the diocese, Catholic Charities, 78 parishes, and 12 Catholic schools across four counties in Western Pennsylvania.
