Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical or vocational certification is advantageous.
- No industry experience required, though candidates with installation, cabling, or networking experience will be prioritized.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Capacity to work independently and manage all job aspects effectively.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
- Physical fitness, with the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable using ladders up to 30 feet for solo installations and up to 40 feet for team installations.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and upgrade wireless internet equipment and services for residential and commercial clients.
- Carry out solo installations for residential customers and Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs).
- Route cables and wiring on building exteriors, ensuring a neat and discreet visual impact.
- Safely and efficiently utilize a variety of power and hand tools during installation and maintenance tasks.
- Identify and resolve networking issues to ensure a dependable internet connection for clients.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining services, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain precise records of installations, repairs, and service requests.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Ensure installations align with DigitalC standards for quality and performance.
- Collaborate with team members as needed to support larger installations and meet operational demands.
