Requirements

Must:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, particularly with .NET technologies - Proficient understanding of systems development principles, methodologies, and best practices throughout the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) - Strong competence in systems analysis techniques, including requirements gathering and functional analysis - Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis to evaluate technical solutions and facilitate informed decisions - In-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and commonly used design patterns - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences - Proven skills in problem analysis, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in complex application settings - Familiarity with web-enabled and e-commerce application architectures - Solid understanding of client/server architectures and internet technologies, protocols, and development practices - Proficiency with WCF Web Services, REST Web APIs, Frontend JavaScript, CSS, and AJAX; exposure to UI design beyond API development - Experience in developing and maintaining applications using ASP.NET Web Forms - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Core - Comprehensive knowledge of web technologies, such as Web Services, JavaScript, CSS, Entity Framework, and AJAX - Experience with database modeling and relational database design principles - Expert-level skills in SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization - Ability to collaborate with other DFI staff to identify and implement suitable security and privacy protection measures - Capability to code, test, and debug complex computer systems while adhering to current development standards and procedures - Familiarity with project management methodologies, including both Waterfall and Agile approaches *Nice to Have Skills:* - Understanding of database modeling/design - Expert knowledge of SQL and stored procedures - Experience with ASP.NET Core, Razor, and strong UI design skills - Certification in relevant technologies is a plus, but not mandatory
