Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- 3 years of experience in IT (Preferred)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications and email
- Knowledge of Windows workstation issues and printer peripherals
- Familiarity with NTFS and share permissions for file access
- Understanding of network connectivity issues, including IP conflicts, DNS, and DHCP
- Ability to document tickets accurately and perform initial troubleshooting
- Willingness to engage with Active Directory and Group Policy under guidance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with on-site client support and hands-on troubleshooting
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming support calls for both MSP and ISP on a daily basis
- Conduct initial troubleshooting and ensure accurate ticket documentation
- Resolve frequent end-user issues, including password resets and account access
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 email and applications
- Troubleshoot Windows workstations and peripheral devices
- Address basic network connectivity concerns such as IP conflicts and DNS
- Escalate complex issues as needed when they exceed defined limits
- Assist with Active Directory-related troubleshooting under supervision
- Support Group Policy troubleshooting and domain-level behavior issues
- Respond to monitoring alerts and contribute to remediation efforts
- Aid in basic ISP connectivity diagnostics and service checks
- Support senior engineers with hypervisor and storage-related tasks for skill development
- Occasionally provide on-site client support as required
- Assist with workstation deployments, replacements, and hands-on troubleshooting
