Responsibilities
- Act as the General Manager for assigned client accounts, ensuring their success
- Manage the P&L for your portfolio, focusing on revenue and retention
- Drive growth through strategic selling and onboarding of new clients
- Own the overall client experience and satisfaction in your portfolio
- Enhance client retention by demonstrating value and achieving strategic goals
- Proactively manage client relationships and foster trust
- Analyze client performance using the Marketing Scorecard and other data
- Question surface-level metrics to reveal deeper insights and opportunities
- Simplify complex data into actionable insights for strategic decisions
- Formulate a comprehensive, full-funnel strategy combining multiple channels and data
- Collaborate with partners to optimize strategies for scalable delivery
- Remain adaptable, adjusting strategies based on performance and market conditions
- Delegate tasks to execution teams using project management software
- Provide clear and concise instructions to minimize miscommunication
- Act as the liaison for clients, ensuring team alignment
- Contribute to new product development and service enhancement
- Identify recurring challenges to create new solutions for the agency
- Explore opportunities for testing new platforms and strategies
