Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or masters degree in a relevant discipline preferred
- Over 8 years of experience in Salesforce development
- Proficient in configuration, customization, and programming with APEX APIs and OmniStudio
- Strong background in working with Salesforce APIs
- Experience with Apex, LWC, and Visualforce implementation
- Ability to resolve high-level software and application challenges
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System and its development lifecycle
- Competent in crafting, understanding, and evaluating technical specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Create tailored solutions within the Salesforce platform, focusing on OmniStudio and Flex Pages
- Utilize Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce for specific OmniStudio and Flex Pages development
- Design and develop Flex Pages, Lightning Web Components, and related components to enhance user experience and optimize business processes
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions using Salesforce capabilities
- Implement and sustain advanced functionalities within OmniStudio, including dynamic layouts, data integration, and process automation
- Craft and customize Velocity templates for personalized content within the Salesforce platform
- Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging of OmniStudio and Flex Pages solutions to ensure performance and reliability
- Document technical designs, configurations, and custom enhancements related to OmniStudio and Flex Pages
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and team members for seamless integration of OmniStudio and Flex Pages solutions
- Stay informed about the latest features and best practices in OmniStudio and Flex Pages development
- Provide training and support to end-users regarding OmniStudio and Flex Pages solutions
- Continuously optimize implementations of OmniStudio and Flex Pages to meet changing business objectives
- Refine and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog while liaising with project stakeholders
- Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain documentation and develop test classes for all custom work
- Integrate and manage business applications within Salesforce
