Requirements

Must:
- Control4 Certification is essential - Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking - Willingness to work on a rotating on-call service schedule - Proficiency in all Lead level qualifications - Experience in training and assessing technicians up to Lead level - Strong skills in both desktop and mobile computing - Clean driving record and must pass background check (required for DCJS certification) - A minimum of 5 years of relevant field experience

- Collaborate with Lead Installers and work independently on installation and service calls - Ensure all daily procedures and paperwork are completed promptly - Manage care and maintenance of assigned service vehicle - Apply problem-solving skills to provide in-field solutions - Develop proficiency in various control systems, lighting, and window treatments as specified - Assist in the training of technicians, focusing on advancing their skills - Adapt to changing demands and perform additional tasks as needed
