Business Systems Analyst

The chosen candidate will be instrumental in analyzing complex processes and systems, breaking them down into manageable components. We need someone with robust problem-solving skills who can identify root causes instead of merely addressing symptoms. Your duties will also include preparing diagrams that clearly illustrate needed modifications for both technical staff and executive management. Experience in creating wireframes or visual representations (using tools like Visio) from requirements is desired. A strong background in both Agile/Scrum methodologies (including SAFe) and traditional Waterfall projects is essential for this role. You will be expected to effectively translate technical language for developers into terms that business users understand, and vice versa. Producing clear documentation and delivering compelling presentations will be a critical part of your role. Furthermore, you should be capable of managing pushback, negotiating priorities, and resolving conflicts diplomatically. Experience with Business Process Modelling, including the use of Swim Lane and Flow Chart Diagrams, is needed, as is experience in implementing new systems or processes and managing user adoption. In addition to performing system integration testing, you will assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
