Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Over 7 years of experience in a Technical Architect, Team Leader, or Technical Project Manager role
- Expertise in product management and program management
- Proven track record of launching technical solutions and products
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience communicating with C-Suite executives, peer functional groups, suppliers, and customers
- Strong cross-functional leadership abilities
- Proactive and accountable
- Proficient in presentation skills, especially using PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Microsoft .NET technology stack, including C#, ASP.NET, Java, Entity Framework, and Android Native or Kotlin
- SQL Server 2012 or later experience
- Competency in web services and REST API development
- Understanding of software architecture principles
- Ability to build and nurture a high-performing team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, assertive, and capable demeanor
- Strong influencing skills
- Familiarity with MS Project (or similar), Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- High-energy, positive attitude

- Strong grasp of annuity products and markets

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and architecture for all solutions and products
- Oversee both internal technical team members and external contractors to ensure service level agreements are met
- Define business needs, estimate project timelines, delegate tasks, and provide progress updates
- Ensure adherence to company policies and departmental standards
- Propose and evaluate enterprise application designs based on performance, scalability, and ease of maintenance
- Collaborate with Project Managers to organize daily task assignments that keep the team focused on delivery objectives
- Work closely with business users to develop technical solutions that enhance business processes and recommend improvements for software application development
- Monitor error logs proactively to identify and resolve production issues, taking ownership of applications and systems, including upgrade plans to maintain current standards
- Apply object-oriented development techniques and software development patterns effectively
- Spearhead the development and launch of mobile applications
- Create comprehensive product specifications that ensure team alignment
- Act as a subject matter expert on Operational and ERP projects
- Understand technical solutions comprehensively
- Support mergers and acquisitions initiatives
- Contribute insights into customer needs to inform the product roadmap
