Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture and infrastructure design
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and networking principles
- Familiarity with IT security standards and compliance requirements
- Excellent project management and collaborative skills
- Ability to analyze system performance and suggest improvements
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and assessment of infrastructure systems, including data centers, cloud solutions, and network frameworks.
- Create and record technical designs for new software and hardware deployments.
- Suggest alternative technologies to enhance system efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure that system security protocols align with our IT security initiatives.
- Identify and report potential risks, verifying user permissions and ensuring compliance.
- Oversee infrastructure projects from the planning stage through to implementation.
- Work collaboratively with IT, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure system alignment with business objectives.
- Assess the success of implementations and document insights gained.
- Contribute to future integration strategies guided by feedback and performance indicators.
- Keep infrastructure documentation updated in the Knowledge Repository.
- Complete Individual Status Reports (ISRs) and other required documentation.
