Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field (equivalent experience may be considered)
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience is required, or a Masters degree with no prior experience
- US Citizenship is mandatory as this role requires a government security clearance
- Proficient in developing Java/J2EE code within an Agile/DevSecOps team setting
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with development tools such as Eclipse, Jenkins, GitLab, Gradle, GIT, JUnit, Selenium, JIRA
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, Vue), CSS, and HTML
- Knowledge of web services (REST) and JSON/XML, as well as AI/ML methodologies
Responsibilities
- Engage in software development and design for mission systems
- Collaborate with systems engineers, architects, scrum masters, product owners, and end users to execute mission capabilities for the United States Strategic Command
- Participate in Agile development practices and work within a DevSecOps framework
- Deliver robust software solutions in alignment with customer requirements
