Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline; relevant internship experience is beneficial.
- Fundamental understanding of web development frameworks and front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (preferably React.js or Angular).
- Familiarity with programming languages, including Java, C#, Python, C++, Ruby on Rails, or VBA.
- Awareness of SQL databases like MySQL or SQL Server; experience in database design is a plus.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure along with REST API integration experience.
- Proficient in version control systems such as GitHub, Git, and SVN.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies and collaborative environments.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and a desire to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and testing web applications and software solutions using programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, and Ruby on Rails.
- Contribute to front-end development focusing on UI/UX enhancements and responsive design implementations.
- Develop and refine database queries utilizing SQL, MySQL, and other relational database management systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues on application development projects while using version control tools like GitHub, SVN, and Git.
- Support deployment processes on cloud services like AWS and Azure, including configuring APIs and RESTful services.
- Engage in Agile development cycles, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.
- Write clean, efficient code that adheres to software development best practices and application security guidelines.
- Troubleshoot issues across various environments, including Linux and Windows systems.
- Document technical specifications and assist in maintaining existing codebases for ongoing enhancements.
