Must:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar capacity, focusing on Salesforce CRM and system integrations.
- Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and managing comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements for technical development teams.
- A solid grasp of software development life cycles (SDLC), particularly Agile methodologies.
- A strong foundational understanding of Salesforce data modeling, APIs, and system integration principles.
- An exceptional ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive project milestones to completion.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and complex problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the primary liaison between business users and the technical Integration Team for all system-related needs, particularly data integrations with Salesforce.
- Gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from stakeholders; translating these into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories for the Integration Team.
- Working extensively with platforms such as SnapLogic (or similar iPaaS tools) and Salesforce to define, document, and manage requirements for both new and existing data integrations.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams and project managers to oversee project milestones, prioritize requirements, and drive the design and development of integration solutions.
- Conducting thorough analysis of all data integrations, focusing on data mapping, transformation logic, and ensuring data integrity between Salesforce and external systems.
- Leading or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional testing with stakeholders to verify that all integrated solutions meet business requirements before deployment.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation for all integration requirements, data maps, and solutions, and providing operational analysis support for production requests related to integrated systems.
