Must:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Over 3 years of experience in a data-centric role, such as Data Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Reporting Analyst, with a minimum of 2 years focused on the Salesforce platform.
- Proficiency in SOQL for complex data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis.
- A strong understanding of Salesforce standard objects (e.g., Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and custom objects) and the relationships within the data model.
- Demonstrable skills in handling, reviewing, and analyzing large datasets using tools such as SOQL, Excel, or similar data analysis platforms.
- A solid grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ideally with experience in Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capacity to convey complex technical concepts in a manner that is accessible to business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Data/Reporting Analyst, your key duties will include:
- Acting as a data and reporting specialist by creating, maintaining, and enhancing reports and dashboards that offer insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) to assist management in informed decision-making.
- Employing SOQL and other query tools for effective extraction, manipulation, and examination of large and complex datasets for various analyses, compliance requirements, and strategic initiatives.
- Conducting analyses for all data integrations between Salesforce and other systems to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across our entire ecosystem.
- Supporting the Salesforce platform through system configuration, workflow automation, and effectively managing processes to enhance efficiency and minimize manual tasks.
- Collaborating with users and stakeholders by acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams; collecting, documenting, and converting business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.
- Leading or participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) alongside stakeholders and taking part in system upgrades to ensure a smooth transition.
- Implementing and preserving security settings and access controls to safeguard sensitive data.
Description
This full-time position offers a competitive compensation of $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, and the expected work schedule is an 8-hour shift with no night or weekend requirements. The role will be conducted onsite in Omaha, NE.
