Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years of IT support experience, ideally including 6–12 months in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required for onsite support, maintenance, and troubleshooting (company van will be provided)
- A genuine passion for technology and a curiosity to explore new systems and comprehend their workings
- Experience with deployment projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities; able to rapidly evaluate a situation and reduce client inconvenience
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with a sincere dedication to client satisfaction
- Professional demeanor and friendly attitude
Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support to users, both onsite and remotely
- Manage ticketing in Nilear MTX, ensuring issues are resolved and client communication remains clear
- Address alerts related to security, backups, and other devices
- Implement client projects and roll out new technologies
- Collaborate with team members and management to enhance the client experience
