Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree required; Masters or PhD preferred
- 5-8+ years of experience in AI/software development with proven technical leadership and production system delivery
- Proficiency in Python; skilled in C++, Go, Rust, and Java
- In-depth knowledge in architecture, system design, and distributed systems
- Expert in DevOps practices, CI/CD, and Docker/Kubernetes
- Strong expertise in PyTorch and TensorFlow with hands-on production ML experience
- Comprehensive understanding of at least three AI domains: Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, and generative AI
- Familiarity with edge AI technologies such as Jetson and industrial IPCs
- Experience with model optimization techniques, including quantization and TensorRT
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives and possess strategic business insight
- Experience in hiring and building effective teams
- Desirable: Published research, patents, or contributions to open-source projects
- Desirable: Experience in conference speaking or recognized thought leadership in the industry
