Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in software, network, and/or hardware engineering roles (ideally in the Material Handling Industry)
- Proficient in Oracle databases
- Familiarity with MS SQL Database
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Understanding of multiple programming languages, operating systems, databases, and networking concepts
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project and technical engineers for the integration of new systems
- Support technical and development staff in application quality testing
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and testing of material handling solutions
- Provide dedicated technical assistance to customers at their locations
- Troubleshoot issues with server hardware, Ethernet networks, and peripherals such as printers
- Review Sales and Estimating Functional Specifications documentation
- Travel approximately 20% of the time to various customer sites and Dematic locations across the United States
- Participate in an on-call rotation outside regular business hours
Description

The position features rotating 12-hour night shifts, allowing for four nights on and four nights off.
