Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee data and analytics projects from their inception to delivery, ensuring they align with business goals and timelines. - Facilitate project planning sessions, intake reviews, stand-ups, and retrospectives while employing Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies as needed. - Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, offering clear and timely updates on project status, risks, and milestones. - Conduct thorough business analysis: gather and document requirements, perform gap analyses, and support decision-making processes related to data. - Execute QA tasks: assist in the validation of datasets, dashboards, and models to ensure they meet accuracy, completeness, and requirements. - Develop and sustain project plans, resource allocations, and risk management strategies. - Collaborate with technical teams to manage backlogs, prioritize tasks, and ensure that deliverables meet high quality standards and stakeholder expectations. - Continuously evaluate and enhance project management processes to ensure efficient workflows and successful project outcomes.

As a Technical Product Manager for Advanced Analytics at Delta Defense, you will play a key role in our mission to safeguard life, freedom, and finances for responsible American gun owners through the U.S. Concealed Carry Association. You will contribute by delivering data and analytics solutions that empower smarter decision-making, enhance member services, and promote responsible gun ownership awareness. This position offers a unique opportunity to see the tangible impact of your work, collaborating with various departments, including marketing, member services, sales, and engineering, to achieve business objectives. You will operate in a progressive analytics environment, utilizing platforms like Snowflake, Sigma, and Tableau, as well as modern project management tools such as ClickUp. As we continue to expand our data science and AI capabilities, including predictive modeling and natural language processing, you will help oversee projects that explore the innovative use of data to create business value. We encourage applications from candidates willing to work remotely, but we give preference to those who can work at our beautiful headquarters in West Bend, Wisconsin. For those who opt for a hybrid schedule, in-office work will be required three days a week. The anticipated base salary range is $95,000 - $115,000 based on your experience, with eligibility for a company bonus plan.
