Lead Data Engineer

- I will design and develop data pipeline architectures that enhance data quality, performance, and scalability. - I will create and build systems and infrastructures for data collection and processing, ensuring the generation of clean, tested, and reusable datasets for analysis. - I will establish standards for data transformations to guarantee compliance with data format and attribute requirements. - I will set benchmarks for data quality, including methodologies for data profiling, to uphold and improve data integrity. - I will implement best practices in engineering concerning Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), unit testing, performance testing, and optimization. - I will collaborate directly with the Data Architecture team to maintain quality and consistency in the data model. - I will utilize existing data infrastructure to meet data-related requests, including data management tasks such as cleansing and normalization. - I will analyze data to pinpoint anomalies, trends, and correlations, troubleshoot issues, and identify solutions. - I will apply best practices concerning Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and adhere to organizational risk policies and standards. - I will serve as a leader and mentor for junior team members, guiding their professional growth. - I will carry out additional responsibilities as assigned to support our organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.
