Requirements
Must:
- Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship required
- High school diploma or equivalent necessary
- Preferred: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related field, or equivalent professional certification
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Full-Stack development for business or technical applications
- Familiarity with build tools and package managers like webpack, npm, and composer
- Experience with client and server-side web development frameworks (React, Laravel, etc.)
- Solid understanding of programming principles, specifically Object-Oriented Programming
- Knowledge of HTTP and RESTful APIs
- Awareness of modern authorization mechanisms, like JSON Web Token
- Familiarity with contemporary build pipelines and tools
- Capacity to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Experience in web-based application development utilizing HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and CSS
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines, while maintaining composure
- Commitment to quality and accountability, striving for continuous improvement in work
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and effective time management
- Strong analytical and independent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate and facilitate group problem-solving while addressing conflicts constructively

Responsibilities
- Engage in software design, development, testing, and maintenance of high-quality solutions that address business needs and technical criteria
- Perform code reviews, identify optimization opportunities, and uphold coding standards and best practices
- Analyze complex technical issues and propose creative solutions that support project objectives and timelines
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver cohesive solutions
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure software quality, performance, and reliability
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve technical skills and contribute to ongoing enhancements
- Operate in an agile setting, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives for timely feature delivery
- Assist in deployment processes and provide post-release support to troubleshoot and enhance performance in production environments
