Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in data product delivery or technical product management.
- Proven ability to manage project delivery in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.

- Deep understanding of Deltas travel operations and customer interaction points, showcasing strong business and technical acumen.
- Prioritize safety and security for self and others, including personal data.
- Open to diverse perspectives and working styles.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete delivery process of enhancements to Customer Data Products, including user acceptance testing and stakeholder approvals.
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications for IT teams, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering to uphold performance metrics and scalability standards.
- Facilitate cross-departmental alignment with IT, Digital Portfolio Office, and various business teams.
- Promote data quality, governance, and usability across digital platforms.
- Assist in the adoption of new capabilities through comprehensive training and documentation.
- Collect and analyze business requirements from Commercial and Operational teams to inform future customer data needs and actionable items on the roadmap.
- Integrate enterprise feedback on customer data metrics and calculations to ensure stakeholder consensus.
- Deconstruct complex data transformations to pinpoint essential data elements, sources, and gaps in assigned Customer Data Products.
- Communicate and secure agreements on customer data metrics and sources to maintain enterprise consistency.
