Requirements

Responsibilities
- Act as Product Owner for Agile development teams.
- Define and drive the vision for Deltas shop capabilities while maintaining a detailed, actionable product roadmap.
- Convert complex business requirements into technical specifications and prioritize tasks based on business importance, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners, including vendors like Google ITA, to ensure seamless execution across systems and channels.
- Work across departments to align backend capabilities with customer-facing experiences, ensuring consistency throughout Deltas digital and agent-assisted platforms.
- Partner with related product teams to identify and manage dependencies, foster cohesion, and encourage scalable system designs.
- Engage proactively with engineering teams to guarantee that solutions are technically robust and in line with business priorities.
- Represent Deltas interests in both internal discussions and external industry conversations, such as those with IATA and ATPCO when applicable.
