Requirements
Must:
We require candidates to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the following areas:
- Basic SQL knowledge, with the ability to write queries for data querying, transformation, and validation.
- Experience converting large data sets and structures.
- Understanding of relational databases, including schema design and performance tuning.
- Supporting ERP financial system implementations or transformation programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access).
Additional requirements include:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, both now and in the future.
- Capability to obtain and maintain the necessary Workday certifications.
- Willingness to operate under a hybrid work model, living within commutable distance to one of our US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia).
- Comfort with spending up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for collaborative opportunities, such as projects, training, and sessions.
Responsibilities
As a US Delivery Center Solution Analyst, I will:
- Assist the Workday Conversion technical lead with the delivery of Workday conversions for higher education and government clients.
- Participate in system design workshops and complete conversion data mappings.
- Support and oversee data extraction, mapping, and conversion tasks.
- Convert ERP Finance data from systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, and Oracle into the Workday format.
- Create and uphold scripts for data extraction, transformation, and validation necessary for data conversion.
- Address data issues and enhance conversion cycles for optimal performance and accuracy.
- Conduct pre-load and post-load data quality checks to ensure integrity and compliance.
- Document conversion processes, challenges encountered, and solutions for internal knowledge sharing.
- Identify primary drivers of defined problems and propose effective solutions.
- Analyze and accurately diagnose client issues.
- Select appropriate tools and techniques to meet specific client needs.
- Understand the benefits of utilizing cutting-edge methods and tools, applying them to specific engagements while contributing to the continuous development of methods and tools.
- Develop solutions to client challenges by leveraging personal experience, methods, and tools, validating these solutions with subject matter experts.
