Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of professional experience with Workday HCM
- 2+ years of experience leading the pre-implementation phase of Workday HCM projects, including mobilization and requirements workshops
- 1+ years of experience in business process design and redesign
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- Workday HCM, Data Conversions, and Integration Services certification
- Bachelors degree
- Willingness to travel up to 20% based on project requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and architecture for Workday HCM implementations, translating requirements into secure solutions
- Serve as the Data Conversion and Integrations Area Lead, managing strategy, planning, and execution through deployment
- Drive technical readiness activities and deliverables prior to implementation, including technical discovery and release planning
- Oversee integration design and delivery, including APIs and connectors, while providing technical guidance
- Manage data conversion planning and execution, including mapping and mock conversions
- Provide Workday technical knowledge, advising clients on product capabilities and pre-implementation tasks
