Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in a related field is mandatory
- Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States without any employer sponsorship, now or in the future
- Current Workday Adaptive Planning Certification is essential
- Current Workday Adaptive Planning Integration Certification is essential
- Over 5 years of experience in complete implementations of Workday Adaptive, including model building, integrations, and requirements gathering
- Willingness to travel 20-30% on average, depending on the work and clients served
- Familiarity with Workday Financials is preferred
- Familiarity with Oracle or Peoplesoft is preferred
- Familiarity with Snowflake is preferred
Responsibilities
- Facilitate client-facing sessions to understand needs and objectives
- Design and develop Workday Adaptive solutions tailored to client requirements
- Assist in managing project activities to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Oversee testing phases and the deployment of solutions to clients

This role offers a competitive salary range of $107,600 to $198,400, along with a chance to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
