Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- Advanced degree (MS) preferred but not essential; experience carries more weight
- Over 10 years of demonstrated experience with ServiceNow, specifically in HRSD module optimization and implementation
- Required certifications: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - HRSD, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- Expert knowledge in HR processes, designing HRSD workflows, case management, employee service centers, and integration techniques (e.g., REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO)
- Proficiency in data management, including modeling, migration, integration, data privacy, CSDM, SQL stored procedures, and performance analytics
- Strong understanding of performance tuning in ServiceNow, system troubleshooting, and utilizing tools like Health Scan Data and Instance Observer
- Familiarity with cloud-native engineering (FaaS/PaaS/microservices) on platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP preferred
- 3+ years experience with AI/ML and GenAI preferred
- Knowledge of methodologies and tools such as XP, Lean, SAFe, DevSecOps, SRE, ADO, GitHub, and SonarQube
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage complex projects and changing priorities efficiently

- Quickly gain domain knowledge relevant to business needs and translate it into technical requirements
- Communicate complex technical ideas clearly, influencing stakeholders through well-reasoned arguments and evidence
- Foster collaborative relationships across all organizational levels, driving consensus and shared goals
