Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- Over 6 years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow administration, analytics, and infrastructure management, with a focus on platform reliability
- 5+ years of practical experience implementing and managing monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Azure Monitor
- 5+ years of experience deploying highly available cloud-native applications across multiple cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, and GCP
- 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues in production, conducting root cause analysis
- 3+ years of experience defining SLO and SLI for cloud applications, with measurement and reporting capabilities
- At least 1 year of experience with AI/ML, GenAI, and AIOps
- Familiarity with cloud security practices, networking, and database technologies
- Understanding of software engineering principles, methodologies, and tools such as XP, Lean, and CI/CD
- Must possess ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and one ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in a major module
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
