Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Over 3 years of experience in developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- More than 3 years of experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, workflow/configuration, and platform customization
- Availability to work on-site in McLean, VA up to 5 days per week
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions that support mission and operational needs across engagements
- Convert business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Construct and tailor workflows, forms, modules, dashboards, and automation features to enhance program and project management activities
- Collaborate with architects, functional team members, and stakeholders to deliver superior platform capabilities aligned with engagement priorities
- Develop integrations and enhancements that improve data flow, usability, and reporting across ServiceNow-supported processes
- Troubleshoot defects, assist in testing activities, and make refinements to enhance application performance and user experience
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration details, and development artifacts
- Support platform governance, coding standards, and best practices to promote maintainability, scalability, and security
