Requirements
Must:
- We require a bachelors degree.
- We require authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- We require an active Secret security clearance.
- We require 6+ years of experience designing and configuring solutions in ServiceNow.
- We require the ability to travel 0-25% on average, depending on client and project needs.
- We require candidates to be based in the Northern Virginia area.
- We prefer ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or similar credentials.
- We prefer experience supporting federal or government clients.
- We prefer experience working in agile delivery settings.
- We prefer experience with workflow mapping, user story development, and end-user documentation.
Responsibilities
- We analyze business and technical needs and convert them into development tasks, workflow designs, and ServiceNow solutions.
- We design, configure, and build ServiceNow capabilities, including client scripts and platform settings.
- We translate approved requirements into scalable technical solutions within the ServiceNow environment.
- We perform testing, troubleshooting, and iterative enhancements to verify functionality and resolve defects.
- We document development work, system changes, and updates to preserve accurate records.
- We create user-focused documentation and operating guidance to support adoption and long-term use.
- We collaborate with cross-functional teams to support agile delivery, status updates, and solution improvements.
