ServiceNow Consultant

- Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews; capture and validate business and functional requirements, as well as user stories - Document current (as-is) and desired (to-be) processes, including workflows, roles, and performance metrics to support ServiceNow automation - Assess existing processes and tools to pinpoint gaps, efficiencies, and opportunities for configuration within ServiceNow - Demonstrate understanding of ServiceNows out-of-the-box functionalities such as forms, workflows, notifications, SLAs, reports, dashboards, and access controls under team guidance - Contribute to the functional design and development of risk/security solutions, ensuring traceability from requirements to configuration - Document data structures, risk/control frameworks, taxonomies, scoring systems, and reporting requirements within ServiceNow - Produce project documentation including requirements, design specifications, process documents, test plans, and training materials according to delivery standards - Develop user acceptance testing scenarios and scripts; coordinate testing execution, address defects, and assist with retesting and approvals - Lead module demonstrations, user testing sessions, and training sessions for end-users with prepared materials - Assist in deployment and cutover activities, including checklists and validation for large-scale rollouts - Clearly communicate progress, risks, and next steps to client stakeholders and team members; escalate issues as required - Foster strong professional relationships with client representatives; support senior team members in discussions with executive risk stakeholders
