Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree
- 7+ years of overall IT experience with at least 6+ years focused on Salesforce project development
- Strong customization and configuration skills in Salesforce, particularly in one or more of the following modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Capability to transition Salesforce classic features to Lightning experience, including converting Visualforce pages to Lightning components
- Proficiency in UI technologies such as JavaScript, Lightning Design System, and Lightning Web Components
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration and custom development using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes
- Familiarity with the Product Development Lifecycle, DevOps, and deployment tools like GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, ANT, Change Sets, and Force.com IDE
- Proven integration abilities utilizing techniques like REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On
- Experience leading code reviews and project teams
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions encompassing Configuration and Customization, including APEX Classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components
- Conduct independent code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality outputs
- Initiate, oversee, and deliver Salesforce projects, maintaining a significant role in developing and designing the architecture
- Demonstrate the capability to debug effectively and resolve reported issues or defects in the production system
- Engage in an Agile environment by participating in daily scrum meetings, analyzing assigned user stories, and identifying gaps in functional user stories and business requirements
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews to uphold high-quality coding standards and ensure adherence to best practices
