Requirements
Must:
- BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business or a related field
- Over 10 years of practical experience in technology risk solutions and architecture design
- Extensive knowledge in IT Operations Management, IT Asset Management, Integrated Risk Management, Security Operations, and Third-Party Risk Management
- More than 10 years of profound expertise in ServiceNow, demonstrated through advanced certifications and hands-on experience
- Significant experience in leading ServiceNow implementations, including design and technical architecture
- Prior experience in consulting or with a Big 4 firm
- Willingness to travel an average of 50%, depending on the work and client engagements
- Limited immigration sponsorship possibilities may be available
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement strategies for integrated risk management, governance, risk, and compliance leveraging the ServiceNow platform
- Design and execute enterprise risk and compliance frameworks adhering to industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI, and HIPAA using ServiceNow GRC and SecOps modules
- Supervise the delivery of ServiceNow-based cyber risk solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and evolving client needs
- Lead the assessment, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow IRM, GRC, and SecOps modules, including ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and automation workflows
- Drive continuous enhancement by adopting industry-leading practices and ServiceNow capabilities to boost cyber risk management and service delivery
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, translating business needs into effective ServiceNow technical solutions
- Contribute to practice development by formulating go-to-market strategies and innovative ServiceNow solutions for client cyber risk challenges
- Provide thought leadership on trends in ServiceNow GRC and SecOps and assess emerging requirements and technologies
- Mentor and guide global teams to ensure the high-quality delivery of ServiceNow cyber risk management services
