- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model, requiring U.S. Tax Professionals to be onsite 2-3 days per week.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Willingness to travel 10% on average, depending on assigned work and client needs.
- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is essential.
- Over 3 years of experience in software development, with proficiency in analysis, design, and development of applications and/or systems using .Net and SQL.
- Strong understanding of design patterns and best practices for developing enterprise web applications.
- Experience in web performance optimization and familiarity with data analytics/BI tools is preferred.
- Ability to gather and analyze requirements, produce technical designs, develop applications, conduct software testing, implement solutions, and support production issues.
- Experience in application architecture, database design, or computing platforms is a plus.
- Capability to perform data-intensive tasks and organize data for reporting purposes.
- Masters the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and is proficient in analytical tools such as MS Excel and Microsoft Access.
- Must have one of the following active accreditations or be willing to obtain: Licensed CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, Professional Engineer, Project Management Professional (PMP), CFA, or relevant technology certifications.

Responsibilities
- As a NET developer within the IncentivesHub application team, I will be responsible for designing, developing, debugging, testing, deploying, and supporting custom applications and modules that align with business needs.
- I will leverage my expertise in modern web application design and development using technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, AngularJS, HTML5, Bootstrap, and SQL Server.
- My duties will include developing enterprise-level web applications, writing unit tests, and employing test-driven development principles.
- I will collaborate with the tax team to provide application support and with the infrastructure team to manage web applications, services, and databases.
- I will create responsive web pages using HTML5 and Bootstrap, write and analyze complex MS SQL queries, and optimize web page performance.
