Senior Full-Stack Developer - Engineering Foundry

- Over 7 years of relevant consulting or industry experience in a development role, collaborating across borders - At least 7 years of full-stack software development expertise with proficiency in one back-end language (e.g., Python, Java, .NET/C#, Go, or Node.js) and a contemporary front-end framework - More than 6 years of experience in building microservices and scalable APIs within a distributed enterprise context - Strong familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB) - Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) - Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for debugging and optimizing intricate systems - Proven experience managing or leading delivery teams, ensuring communication flow and quality across different time zones - Background in delivering software using various SDLC methodologies (Agile, SAFe, Kanban, waterfall-agile hybrid) - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience - Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on project requirements and client sectors - Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS) is desirable - Contributions to open-source projects or a personal portfolio is preferred - Familiarity with machine learning pipelines or data engineering workflows would be advantageous - Demonstrated capability in designing and delivering solutions integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and/or agentic AI architectures in a professional context - Knowledge of security best practices, including OWASP guidelines and secure coding standards is a plus - Prior experience in a tech lead or staff engineer role is favorable - Relevant industry-recognized technology certifications are considered an asset
