Requirements

Must:
- Over 5 years of proven experience with several of the following: C#, .NET Core, React, NodeJS, Python, Angular, Java, Golang, SQL/NoSQL. - Over 5 years of experience in cloud-native engineering using FaaS/PaaS/microservices on major cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP. - Solid understanding of methodologies and tools such as XP, Lean, SAFe, DevSecOps, SRE, ADO, GitHub, SonarQube, etc., to deliver products of high quality rapidly. - Strong foundation in software engineering, demonstrating knowledge of OOP, data structures, algorithms, code instrumentation, and best coding practices. - Preference will be given to candidates with experience in AI/ML and GenAI. - Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, capable of navigating diverse situations, complex projects, and shifting priorities, demonstrating passion, empathy, and care. - A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is required. An advanced degree (e.g., MS) is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience is prioritized. - Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. - Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time, depending on the work and the clients and sectors served.

Responsibilities

- Take ownership of generating a culture where accountability is paramount for customer and business outcomes. Produce technical specifications and write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code while meeting or surpassing quality KPIs. - Create lean engineering solutions through fast, cost-effective experimentation to meet customer needs. Engage with customers and product teams at all stages of delivery to ensure timely and appropriate solutions. - Foster a mindset that values action and evidence over extensive planning. Use a proactive approach to tackle complexity and uncertainty, delivering efficient and maintainable solutions. - Collaborate closely with empowered, cross-functional teams, including product management, experience design, and delivery. Integrate varying perspectives to make informed decisions that balance feasibility, viability, usability, and value, promoting a collaborative environment that enhances team synergy and innovation. - Exhibit deep expertise in modern software engineering practices and principles, including Agile methodologies and DevSecOps, to facilitate daily product deployments using full automation throughout the SDLC lifecycle. Aim to be a role model by utilizing these techniques to streamline solutions and product delivery while focusing on continuous improvement and learning. - Quickly master domain-specific knowledge relevant to the business or product. Transform business and user requirements, architectures, and UX/UI designs into technical specifications and code. Be a flexible, dedicated team member who supports colleagues and prioritizes quality and addressing technical debt. - Demonstrate remarkable communication skills, able to articulate complex technical ideas clearly and persuasively. Inspire and influence team and product groups through well-structured reasoning and evidence-supported trade-offs. Create coherent narratives that align technical solutions with business goals. - Collaborate and engage with product engineering teams at all organizational levels, including directly with customers when necessary. Establish and sustain positive relationships, fostering a culture of co-creation and shared progress towards achieving product objectives. Align various perspectives to reach consensus on feasible solutions.
