Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree is required - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any future time - Active TS/SCI security clearance is necessary - Over 4 years of experience working with Python - At least 4 years of experience executing data science methodologies using common programming and scripting languages - Ability to work on-site in Tampa, FL five days a week - Prior professional services or consulting experience is preferred - Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred - Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of functional and technical issues in AI and Data Science - Experience delivering presentations to clients or decision-makers, effectively communicating ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

- Lead research and development initiatives to push the boundaries of artificial intelligence in support of defense intelligence missions - Focus on developing Proofs of Concept (POC) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) utilizing NLP, generative AI, and agentic AI - Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art GenAI and AgenticAI methods to address complex, real-world challenges - Serve as an AI thought leader by crafting whitepapers, presentations, executive briefings, reports, and other materials to support AI solutions and services - Advise federal clients with a high degree of autonomy in AI strategy and development, including analyzing agency needs, performing exploratory data analysis, creating and validating models, and deploying them in on-premise and cloud environments - Act as a subject matter expert for government clients and the global AI partner ecosystem - Develop repeatable, reusable processes and scalable data systems to address technical and deployment challenges - Maintain data science best practices by staying updated on new methodologies, technologies, industry trends, and open-source packages - Collaborate cross-functionally with other scientists and data engineers, federal account managers, and leadership to ensure project success and delivery
