Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Willingness to work 100% onsite in McLean, VA
- Over 4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, and Data Engineering
- More than 5 years of experience in Advanced Python programming and modeling
- At least 2 years of experience with NumPy, Pandas, and Spark
- Preferred: Over 4 years of experience in developing, testing, and refining AI/ML solutions
- Preferred: 1+ years of experience in pipeline and application development within Palantir Foundry
- Preferred: Active Python certification
- Preferred: Active Palantir Foundry certification
- Preferred: Previous experience in Federal Consulting and/or professional services
- Preferred: Experience in presenting ideas to clients or decision-makers across various audiences (technical and non-technical)
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain data pipelines for processing and analyzing large, complex datasets to support client missions
- Utilize advanced data science methods, including supervised and unsupervised machine learning, spatial analysis, and time-series modeling, to generate actionable insights for critical operations
- Construct, test, and optimize analytic methodologies and AI/ML solutions for integration into user-facing technical tools
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and mission operations teams to gather requirements, present findings, and customize analytic solutions to meet evolving objectives
- Document code, workflows, and analytic processes according to best practices for reproducibility, transparency, and knowledge sharing within the team
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise technical briefings and presentations to various audiences, including technical peers and senior leadership
- Respond promptly to high-priority analytic requests, adapting to changing mission priorities while maintaining high standards of technical rigor and communication
