Senior Consultant - GenAI Developer

- Drive the elicitation of business and technical requirements with client stakeholders, performing end-to-end gap analysis and translating needs into solution architecture, detailed technical specifications, and ready-to-deliver backlog artifacts. - Lead the design, construction, testing, and deployment of comprehensive full-stack Generative AI applications, ensuring compliance with non-functional requirements such as security and performance. - Direct the complete implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), including ingestion, chunking, embedding, indexing, retrieval, and orchestration. Define prompt engineering standards and establish evaluation measures to enhance quality and minimize inaccuracies. - Architect workflows for agentic AI, integrating tool-using agents with multi-step orchestration and multi-agent patterns into enterprise platforms while ensuring sufficient controls and auditability. - Manage model training, fine-tuning, and validation processes; set up evaluation frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs) focusing on quality, robustness, and cost/latency metrics, and conduct benchmarking for acceptance criteria fulfillment. - Oversee the design of APIs and integration services, delivering scalable RESTful interfaces and coordinating system integrations, identity management, and operational workflows. - Lead the delivery of extract, transform, load (ETL) and data engineering pipelines, collaborating with data governance teams on data lineage, access, and quality standards. - Operationalize Generative AI deployments utilizing containerized solutions and cloud services; implement performance monitoring and drive continuous improvements through incident resolution and release management processes. - Provide guidance on new Generative AI models and frameworks; prototype different options highlighting their pros and cons regarding value, delivery effort, compliance, and total cost of ownership (TCO). - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data, and stakeholders to produce solutions that are ready for adoption and ensure proper documentation is provided.
