Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a STEM discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Data Science
- Over 4 years of experience in developing and delivering LLM/GenAI solutions utilizing Claude/GPT(Codex)/Gemini-class models, including prompt/context design and integration into production
- More than 4 years of experience in implementing RAG/retrieval techniques including document processing and embedding with corporate governance frameworks
- At least 4 years of exposure to contemporary data and AI engineering, covering data modeling, batch/streaming pipelines, and fundamental feature engineering/serving
- Over 4 years of building production services for real-time inference, focusing on API design and reliability
- More than 4 years of spearheading platform and integration engineering across enterprise systems; strong experience with APIs including REST, GraphQL, and microservices
- At least 4 years of DevOps/DevSecOps involvement, including CI/CD practices and infrastructure as code such as Terraform
- Over 4 years of experience leading security and compliance initiatives and familiarity with enterprise security protocols such as IAM and encryption
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, as required by projects and client needs
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Lead AI Solutions Architect and AI Data Engineer to develop secure and scalable technical designs that meet Human Capital product requirements
- Create and operationalize capabilities powered by LLMs, including HR knowledge assistants and summarization tools
- Implement application patterns for LLMs, such as document ingestion, embeddings, and retrieval telemetry
- Produce governed datasets and oversee feature engineering and serving for machine learning training and real-time inference
- Establish safety, privacy, and access controls in conjunction with security and risk teams
- Maintain data/model reliability and manage cost-performance metrics
- Contribute to MLOps/LLMOps practices including version control and automated testing while supporting deployment readiness

In this hands-on role, you will work with a collaborative team committed to delivering robust, secure, and scalable AI solutions. Our office locations include major cities across the United States. We offer a competitive salary range of $113,100 to $208,300 and eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
