The Project Delivery Talent Model is tailored for professionals with specialized skills that align with current client needs, allowing team members to concentrate on delivering services without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Employment is connected to project roles, and team members receive a competitive benefits package designed for project delivery-focused professionals. The wage range for this role considers various factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications. While the estimated range is between $120,000 and $190,000, it has not been adjusted for geographic differentials. Typically, hiring occurs below the top of this range, with compensation decisions based on the specific circumstances of each case. Additionally, I may have the opportunity to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
